JOSEPH was the first professional show I saw as a kid, and it changed my life. Years later (and a few productions under my belt!), I became the Resident/Associate Director in Tokyo, a dream come true. The production, starring American Idol's Anthony Federov, was wildly colorful, musically action-packed, and super-sized! We had a huge cast, a live orchestra from both the US and Japan, and an international crew - it was truly a collaboration at all levels. Playing at the Tokyo Grand Forum was an incredible honor, and experiencing Tokyo's cool, electrifying energy was a character in itself. The city's vibrant atmosphere added an extra layer of excitement to our already spectacular show (and yes, there was an actual 8.1 earthquake during our time there, but that's a whole other story!).
