TANK AND THE BANGAS' musical genius — which merges soul, funk, hip-hop, and spoken word, creates an unparalleled and transformative experience for audiences. Collaborating for their (Grammy-nominated album!) GREEN BALLOON tour, I designed custom tour-friendly LED clouds that shapeshifted throughout the show, so they could travel all over the world in a couple of suitcases, but also make a big impact in whatever venue they landed - and feel like it was growing from Tank’s world and mind. Tank’s work fosters an amazing sense of community, and their concerts are unlike any other! They remain one of my all-time favorite bands.
